Frequently Asked Questions

Can I convert multiple pages in one PDF?+

Yes — our converter processes the entire PDF, including multi-page statements. All transactions across every page are extracted and included in the CSV output.

Will transaction dates be in Australian format (DD/MM/YYYY)?+

Yes — the default date format is DD/MM/YYYY (Australian format). You can change this to MM/DD/YYYY (US) or YYYY-MM-DD (ISO) in the options before converting.

Can I use the CSV in MYOB or QuickBooks?+

Yes — CSV files from this converter can be imported into MYOB, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and any other accounting software that accepts CSV imports. Column headers match standard accounting import templates.

What if my PDF is scanned or image-based?+

Scanned PDFs (images) cannot be parsed with text extraction alone. For scanned statements, you'll need OCR software first, or download the digital statement from your bank's online portal (these are text-based PDFs that work with our converter).

Is my banking data private and secure?+

Completely — all processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. Your file is never uploaded to any server. BizMetrixs cannot see or access your financial data at any point.

This tool converts file formats only — it does not provide financial advice. Always verify converted data before importing into accounting software.
