By accessing or using BizMetrixs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

BizMetrixs provides online calculators and financial tools for Australian businesses and individuals. Our calculators include tax estimators, property investment tools, marketing metrics calculators, and other business-related calculation tools. All tools are designed to provide estimates based on user inputs and current Australian regulations.

CRITICAL: Our calculators provide ESTIMATES ONLY and do NOT constitute professional advice.

• Tax results are estimates based on current ATO rates - consult a tax professional for tax advice
• Property calculations are based on provided inputs - consult a financial advisor for investment decisions
• Marketing metrics are calculations based on your data - verify results with your analytics platform

BizMetrixs is not liable for decisions made based on calculator outputs.

To access certain features (saved calculations, Pro features), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools/scrapers to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy our calculator logic
• Submit false or misleading information

All content, software, calculations, and designs on BizMetrixs are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes as permitted, but you may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our code
• Use our branding without written permission
• Claim calculator outputs as official advice or certification

Our API is available under separate terms for Pro and Enterprise customers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy of calculator results (they are ESTIMATES)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with your specific circumstances

We do not guarantee calculator results match official ATO outcomes. Always verify with official sources.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZMETRIXS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on calculator results
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Any errors or inaccuracies in our calculations

Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually).

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds available within 30 days (money-back guarantee)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
